Starting my work as a works council for Employment Law at Siemens Nixdorf in 1992 – I attended regularly complex further trainings with judges in the field of Employment Law, with a focus on arbitration/mediation. In connection, I completed both my acting and consulting training and worked as a coach in the film and music sectors for many years. In addition to many further training courses, including psychological coaching according to C.G. Jung, I completed my training as a Systemic Constellations’ Consultant in 2008.
Further Education
Motivational strategies, time management, conflict management, communication & rhetoric, team development as well as regular further training in systemic structural constellations, solution-focused interviewing according to Steve de Shazer, structural constellation formats (constellation of the hidden topic, family structure constellations, symptom constellation, problem constellation, systemic constellation with the self), systemic constellation theory, systemic constellations of persistent symptoms and illnesses.
Except for business coaching and workshops, I do not work in groups, but exclusively in individual settings. This is the only way I can guarantee the confidentiality and accuracy of the topics concerning you.
